Bears the Focus of Baseball Digest Article
The Newark Bears were highlighted in the June 2nd edition of Baseball Digest. The column discussed the history of baseball in Newark, the former major league stars on this year's roster and the impact the Bears have on the surrounding Newark community. To read the article, CLICK HERE.
The article touched upon the immense talent that the Newark Bears possess. Bubba O'Donnell, the Bears young right-hander, was spotlighted in the column after a stellar performance against the Long Island Ducks on May 22nd.
